What is Leadership Fayetteville?
The Leadership Fayetteville program, currently holding Class XXXIV, has a mission to produce a continuous stream of concerned, motivated, and educated individuals of diverse talents and interests eager to pursue and assume leadership roles and volunteer opportunities within the Fayetteville community.
This ten-month program meets once a month from August through May and gives participants the opportunity to explore Fayetteville as they develop and enhance their leadership skills.
Mission Statement
The annual Leadership Fayetteville program exists to create a foundation from which its graduates can further expand their involvement within the Fayetteville community.
It is designed to serve as the beginning of a long-term relationship with various aspects of Fayetteville, allowing class participants to learn about numerous segments of the community as well as develop an effective network of contacts through which graduates of the program can pursue their interests in making Fayetteville a better place to live.

Curriculum
The Leadership Fayetteville program consists of monthly sessions held from August to June. Sessions include an Introduction/Announcement, a two-day opening retreat, a two-day trip to Little Rock and nine full-day sessions. Most sessions are from 8:00am until 5:00pm, and schedules must accommodate the session times. Each class member will be required to participate in three group projects throughout the year as well as complete several individual projects.

There is a one time fee of $1250 for applicants who are accepted into the Leadership Experience.
